Returns Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch. We will happily issue a full refund for non-personalised items returned within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for personalised items. Personalised items are non-returnable (unless faulty/defective) due to the item being specially made for you with your personalised options.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method and should appear on your statement within 1-5 working days.

Defective/Faulty Items

We package our orders with care and attention, to arrive with you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order or an item is faulty/defective, please get in touch with us with an image of the item and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
