We hope you love what you order from us, but if for any reason it is not what you were expecting – you may return any non-personalised item, for a full refund (excluding postage costs) by emailing us at [email protected] or via our contact page. We will then supply you with our returns form. We ask that you securely re-package the item and insert our supplied returns sheet. As soon as we receive your item/s we will notify you via email and refund your Bank/Card/Paypal account accordingly. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded. Items received back to us after 14 days of you receiving the item will be returned to you as this falls outside the policy. In this case, the items will be returned to you. We provide relevant information on our returns form to what service we recommend to use. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us within 14 days of receipt. Please note, we only refund return postage if the item is faulty.
With faulty or broken items you must contact us immediately via email at [email protected] or by our Contact page to discuss your options. This would be whether we advise you need to return the item to us or dispose of it. If we ask for it to be returned, we will reimburse your return postage costs. Only once discussed and confirmed should you send your item back. We ask that you securely re-package the item and insert our supplied returns sheet. As soon as we receive your faulty/broken item we will notify you via email and refund your Bank/Card/Paypal account immediately. We will not refund returned items that we suspect to have been used and are not in their original packaging as sent out.
We appreciate that on occasions you may need to cancel your order. Please note, that your order may already be in the process of being picked and packed or may have already been dispatched. Please notify us by email at [email protected] or via our Contact page ASAP, if you wish to cancel. If you order has not yet been dispatched, a cancellation will be able to be processed for you. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to process. If your order has already been dispatched, we regret we are unable to process a cancellation. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy.
If you have ordered an item marked as a ‘back-order’ or ‘pre-order’, delivery times are generally stated on the item description. Please note pre-orders/back-orders are reliant on our suppliers delivering to us, so delivery times are only estimates. All complete orders will be dispatched as soon as all items which have been pre-ordered have been received.
If your order includes a mix of Pre-Order items and In Stock items. Your order will be dispatched when all items are available.
